More cloud around on Thursday than on Wednesday. There will be some spots of drizzle over the hills of central and southern England as well as Wales although this should break with some brighter spells this afternoon. Sunnier skies in western Wales and perhaps the far east of England with drier weather here. Thicker cloud in western Scotland and western Ireland, some outbreaks of rain here. Probably brighter in eastern Ireland and northeast Scotland. Breezy in western Scotland and western Ireland. Highs at 13 to 16C.


Thursday Night
Cloudier sies over Ireland and the west of the UK on Thursday night. An odd spot of drizzle on the hills in the west but dry for most. Rather breezy in western Ireland too. Broken cloud in eastern Scotland with clearer skies in the far east of England. Lows at 6 to 11C.
 


Friday
High pressure to the east on Friday with low pressure to the west. Cloudier skies in Ireland and Scotland. Patchy drizzle over western hills. Drier in the east and south with sunny spells, the best of them in east Anglia and southeast England. Little changes in the afternoon with more cloud to the north and west and the best chance of bright spells in the east and south. Highs at 11 to 16C.


Saturday
High pressure remains to the east of the country on Saturday and will be controlling the weather for all. There may be some low cloud drifting onto eastern coasts and hills. For other areas the day is cooler, bright and breezy. The best sunshine in the west. Temperatures at 10 to 13C.
