Rather breezy this week

High pressure over Britain will recede giving way to low pressure and Atlantic fronts from the west from Tuesday. These will be bringing in more unsettled conditions with eastern parts of England staying dry the longest. Temperatures are expected to rise to well above normal.

Wednesday 29/03/17
A windy, day to come and mild. Spells of rain to affect northern and western parts of Britain - staying fair and mainly dry across East Anglia and southeast England. Patchy rain affects many areas overnight. Expect high temperatures of 11 to 15C.

Thursday 30/03/17
A warm day across the south and staying windy across the country with spells of rain to affect most areas. The rain looks heaviest across England and Wales. Highs of 11 to 19C.

 
 
 

Friday 31/03/17
Temperatures remain above normal today. It remains unsettled and windy with a number of heavy showers and longer spells of rain. Most areas become dry through the evening. Highs of 12 to 15C.

 
 
 

Saturday 01/04/17
It remains mild with some sunshine. Windy across the west. Showers across western areas in the morning become more widespread and heavy in the afternoon. Highs of 10 to 14C.

 
 
 

Sunday 02/04/17
We may see it dry and bright with eastern areas largely dry with sunny spells. More cloud for the west along with scattered showers. More persistent rain may affect western and northern areas overnight as it becomes windier. Highs of 11 to 15C.

Monday 03/04/17
A breezy day with most places dry with sunny spells in the morning. Later in the afternoon rain reaches western areas and this spreads south and east in the evening and night. Expect highs of 10 to 15C.
