Rather breezy this week
High pressure over Britain will gradually recede giving way to low pressure and fronts from the west. These will be bringing in more unsettled conditions from about mid week with eastern arts of England staying dry the longest. Temperatures are expected to rise to well above normal.

Tuesday 28/03/17 Very mild on with temperatures above normal across Britain. A windy day with outbreaks of rain into the north and the west with East Anglia and the south east having the best of the sunshine. Rain lingers in the north and west overnight. Expect high temperatures of 10 to 17C.
Wednesday 29/03/17 A windy, day to come and rather warm in the south. Spells of rain to affect northern and western parts of Britain - staying fair and dry across central, eastern and southeast England. Wet and windy through the evening and night but dry for East Anglia and the south east. Highs of 11 to 18C.
Thursday 30/03/17 Again warm across the south and staying windy across the country with spells of rain to affect most areas on Thursday. Some heavy bursts to affect Britain. Most places turn dry by night. Highs of 12 to 18C.
Friday 31/03/17 Temperatures remain above normal on Friday. It remains unsettled and windy with a number of heavy showers and longer spells of rain. Most areas become dry through the evening. Highs of 11 to 15C.
Saturday 01/04/17 It continues mild with some good spells of sunshine around in the morning. Showers across western areas in the morning become more widespread and heavy in the afternoon. The showers fade in the evening. Highs of 10 to 14C.
Sunday 02/04/17 Not as mild today with the winds now from the north west. Apart from a few showers in the north west, the day looks fine and dry with good spells of sunshine. Rain and milder air spills in across the country in the evening and night. Expect highs of 9 to 12C.
