Sunday
Fair for most of central and southern England and Wales on Sunday morning, sunny spells and breezy. An area of rain extends through Ireland, the far north of Wales and northern England. Scotland is mostly dry apart from some rain in the far south and a few showers in the northeast. This afternoon sees some heavier bursts of rain in central and eastern Ireland as well as northern England. Scotland is brighter with sunny spells in the north but cloudier in the south. Staying mostly fair in southern England and south Wales although an isolated showers cannot be ruled out. Highs at 24C in the sunshine in the southeast, 14C in northern England, 19C in southwest Scotland.


Sunday Night
Heavy bursts of rain affecting parts of northern England and then sweeping south through Wales and central England. Drier in the south and east. Drier in Scotland with the rain clearing from eastern Ireland. Breezy in the west Lows near 9 to 14C.

 
 
 


Monday
Further rain in eastern and central parts of England on Monday with low pressure of eastern coasts. Showers for northeast Scotland as well as parts of Ireland. The rain slowly clearing eastwards in the afternoon with most areas turning drier and brighter although still with a scattering of showers over windward facing hills and coasts. Highs at 14 to 17C.
 


Tuesday
Low pressure east of the British Isles on Tuesday. A bright day with some sunny spells. Showers oin eastern England and eastern Scotland, a few of them heavy. Increasing cloud in Ireland later bringing some rain to the west by the evening. Highs at 14C in northern Scotland, 21C in southern England.
