UK Forecast - June 27, 2018
Hot and sunny

Thursday
Another fine and hot start to the day for most of the UK and Ireland. There will be lots of sunshine during this morning and it will quickly be feeling hot. Some low cloud may affect the coasts of eastern England and eastern Scotland but this quickly burning back to the coasts. This afternoon stays fine and dry with more sunshine and it will be feeling hot again. A fresh east to northeast wind should take the edge of temperatures in the south anf east. However, where sheltered from the wind highs will be to 29C, closer to 18C on those cooler east coasts.


Thursday Night
Fair again through tonight with plenty of clear spells. Thanks to the northeast breeze low cloud may again troubled eastern areas of England and Scotland. It will be a dry night. Lows of 9 to 13C.

 
 
 


Friday
High pressure remains to the north of Scotland on Friday with low pressure to the south. The brisk east to northeast wind affecting southern England is expected to last throughout the day. There will be plenty of sunshine for most areas. More cloud may drift into southern Ireland and southwest England. Dry for most although a low risk of an isolated shower in central Scotland. Highs at 28C in western Ireland, nearer 22 to 25C in the UK but cooler again on eastern coasts.


Saturday
High pressure is to the east on Saturday but pressure is lower to the south and west. This allows for another mostly dry day, again with lots of sunshine but a brisk breeze in the south. Cloud does tend to bubble up in Ireland, Wales and southwest England in the afternoon with the risk of some thundery showers forming in these areas. Temperatures rising to 23 to 26C for most but to 28C in southern England.
