Morning Call - October 21, 2016
Bright for many
Showers in east

Issued: 0530hrs Friday 21st October 2016
Duty forecaster: Garry Nicholson

Cool breeze east; little wind west & north

Good morning,

A very similar weather pattern to recent days, with a cool northerly breeze bringing showers to eastern counties, but many places will stay dry with broken cloud and occasional sunshine.

Risk of locally frequent rain around coasts of eastern England, particularly East Anglia. Rare light showers may drift well inland across the Midlands. Fronts over the Atlantic may bring patchy rain to the West Highlands.

Very little wind in western regions, plus most of Scotland. Starting chilly with fog and local frost in some rural valleys in the west & north.

Today's top temperatures will reach 10 to 12C in the north, 13 or 14C in the south.

Have a great day.
Garry
