Fair Mediterranean but wind and rain to north


Tuesday
Just a few showers may develop across parts of Portugal today. More dry, sunny and very warm weather is expected across Spain again today. Lots o dry weather too with sunny spells across France, England, The Low Countries into southern parts of Germany.
Some rain to affect northern Germany, southern Sweden, Poland. The Baltic States and Belarus. Outbreaks of heavy snow are forecast for Norway with some snow across parts of Finland and Russia. Expect a fine, settled day across the Adriatic Region, The Balkans ad much of the Ukraine. Scattered showers of rain and snow to affect eastern parts of Turkey today with the west sunnier and mainly dry. A few sharp showers are expected from Malta eastward to Cyprus.


Wednesday
Cloud and a few showers affecting western Portugal today. Showers too in southern Spain. Elsewhere through Iberia the day is going to be dry with sunny spells. Mostly dry in Italy with sunny spells here, just a few showers to the north. Greece will be dry too with further spells of sunshine here, and it will be staying dry and bright in Turkey.
Fine for France with good spells of sunshine to come here, but cooler overall. The Low Countries will be breezy with a mix of sunny spells and scattered showers. Breezy and cold for Germany with showers in the north but mostly fine to the south. Poland is going to be cold with rain clearing east and then brighter weather following from the west. Austria and Hungary have sunny spells and mostly dry weather.
Low pressure brings gales and rain to Sweden, although a mix of sunshine and showers in Denmark. The baltic States are likely to be breezy too with some showers or rain here, and this extends into Finland. Norway is likely to be brighter with sunny spells and showers.
