Monday 6/9/21
A cold front sinks south through Scotland and into northern England bringing rain which is going to be turning lighter and more patchy through the day. Fresher weather arrives in Scotland behind the front. brighter and very warm in the southern half of England and Wales. Highs ranging between 25 and 26C in the south of England and the Midlands, 15C in northern Scotland under the cloud and light rain.

Tuesday 7/9/21
High pressure remains to the east on Tuesday. The warm or very warm southeast flow brings sunny spells and dry conditions for many, although eastern coasts may still be troubled by low cloud and some mist. A few showers could affect the far southwest of England and the far south of Ireland, with thicker cloud and some light and patchy rain moving in from the southwest later in the day. Highs at 18C in the cloudier east, a muggy 21 to 26C elsewhere, especially in the south and east.

Wednesday 8/9/21
An area of low pressure off southwest England could bring some cloud and outbreaks of rain to the southwest through Wednesday. This rain also affecting the far south and west of Ireland, as well as northwest Scotland. Drier in central and eastern areas with some bright or sunny spells. Very warm again at 21 to 25C for most of Southern Scotland, England and Wales, a little cooler on western coasts.

Thursday 9/9/21
A shallow area of low pressure may develop over the UK and Ireland on Thursday. This brings showery bursts of rain with it, possibly pushing northwards throughout the afternoon. More persistent rain may affect northern parts of Scotland. Highs at 18 to 24C.

Friday 10/9/21
Periods of rain again affecting much of England and Wales on Friday. Probably becoming fresher for all with sunny spells across Scotland and Ireland. Highs at 16 to 21C.

Saturday 11/9/21
Low pressure remains over the south of Saturday. This brings further periods of rain, heaviest in the south. Lower cloud and rain over eastern coasts, drier north and west. Highs at 16 to 22C.
