Saturday 8/5/21
Low pressure just to the west of Ireland on Saturday. An area of rain spreading northwards, some heavy periods of rain over all areas before turning more showery in the west later. Windy for all. Highs at 8C in Scotland, turning milder for England, Wales and Ireland, tops at 16C where the sun breaks through in parts of Wales and the southwest.

Sunday 9/5/21
Low pressure is expected to be centred over Ireland on Sunday. This is going to be bringing another day of showers, some of them heavy. Possible longer spells of rain may affect southeast England. Further rain in northern Scotland and perhaps in northern and western Ireland. Highs at a milder 17C in England, although staying cold at 7C in the rain in Scotland.

Monday 10/5/21
Low pressure is expected to be over Ireland again on Monday. This brings strong winds and frequent, heavy, blustery showers across much of Ireland and the western UK. Fewer showers towards the east with some sunny spells. Highs at 15C in the southeast and parts of eastern England in the sunshine but more generally between 10 and 14C.

Tuesday 11/5/21
The area of low pressure continues to be affecting all parts of the UK and Ireland on Tuesday. A mix of sunshine and showers for all, the heaviest of the showers and perhaps some longer spells of rain in Ireland and western Scotland. Fewer showers further east. Highs at 9 to 14C.

Wednesday 12/5/21
Low pressure weakens significantly on Wednesday although do expect another day of sunshine and showers, some of these showers once again heavy in places. Possible longer spells of rain towards southern and southeast England. Highs at 11 to 15C.

Thursday 13/5/21
High pressure tries to build in across western areas on Thursday but as the low pressure is still close by showers for some are still expected, mainly towards eastern areas of England and Scotland. Driest conditions towards the west and northwest. Highs at 11 to 15C.
