Unsettled and feeling cooler.
A week of more wind and rain as the unsettled weather pattern continues. Tuesday and Wednesday could see heavy and persistent rain for some before a comparatively calmer and drier end to the week. More rain currently expected for the weekend. Temperatures falling back to more like the seasonal norm.

Wednesday 16/11/22 Low pressure sits northwest of Scotland on Wednesday which will see frequent and at times heavy showers affect western areas. Largely dry further east though some lingering cloud may still be about for a time. As the day progresses spells of rain, falling heavy and persistent in places, and strengthening southerly winds move in to southern England, Wales and south and east Ireland. A cool feeling day with highs at 8 to 13C.
Thursday 17/11/22 Heavy rain overnight clears most by first thing on Thursday, though still wet across parts of far NE Scotland and northern areas here. A dry and bright day for many though showers will affect western areas. Feeing cool. Highs at 9 to 12C.
Friday 18/11/22 Friday sees a cooler start for many with some mist and fog possible before lifting to a mostly dry day of sunny spells and a few scattered showers in the west, longer spells of rain perhaps for west Scotland into northwest England. Highs at 8 to 11C.
Saturday 19/11/10/22 A ridge of high pressure gives a largely dry day to Saturday. After a chilly and potentially frosty start expect sunny spells to develop after some mist and fog patches lift. Strong winds and rain are expected to sweep in to far western areas later. Highs around 8 to 11C.
Sunday 20/11/10/22 A band of heavy rain and blustery winds advance eastward across the country on Sunday, soon clearing to brighter weather but also some showers. A blustery day is expected. Highs at 9 to 12C.
Monday 21/11/10/22 On Monday, winds strengthen across the country and outbreaks of rain move across northern and western areas, falling heavy and persistent for some. Currently, the south and much of the east will remain dry. Highs at 9 to 13C.
