Snow, rain & wind
Warmer, drier next week

Issued: 0900 Tuesday 7th May 2018
Duty forecaster: Dr. Simon Keeling

Unsettled, cold, wet and windy this week before becoming drier and warmer

The weather goes through all variations this week; wind, rain, snow, cold and warmth are all on the cards. Low pressure brings rain and cold weather in what remains of this week. By the end of the weekend temperatures should be starting to rise, this leads to a more settled and warmer spell of weather early next week.

A warm front affects Ireland and western Scotland bringing some low cloud and drizzle here. A milder day. Highs at 12 to 18C.

Monday 13/5/19
