Mixed weekend then showers next week

A mixed Coronation weekend with showers as well as longer spells of rain, though many will be warm and humid. A mixed week ahead with sunny spells and developing showers.

An improved day to Saturday with more seeing dry weather conditions, though still with the risk of some scattered showers about. More sunny spells developing too. Rain moving in to the south of Ireland by evening. Humid and warm for many with highs at 14 to 20C.

Outbreaks of rain clear from the west during Monday morning pulling in a brisk westerly wind behind with sunny spells and showers. These showers likely to be frequent across western coasts and hills. Highs 12 to 19C.

 
 
 

Tuesday 9/5/23
A day of sunny spells and showers, these showers likely to be again frequent and in places heavy across western areas, many moving into eastern areas on the brisk westerly wind. Highs 13 to 18C.

Wednesday sees low presure sit to the north of Scotland while the Azores high pressure attempts to ridge in across the southwest. Another day of sunny spells and showers, longer spells of rain across western into central regions of Scotland. Largely dry through eastern areas. Fresher feeling day with highs at 11 to 17C.

Thursday 11/5/23
After a chillier start than of late a ridge of higher pressure attempts to build in on Thursday, allowing for any showers about to gradually ease back with sunny spells developing. Highs at 11 to 17C.

Friday 12/5/23
A largely dry start to Friday before showers look to develop through the day. Longer spells of rain moving in across Ireland later. Highs at 12 to 18C.
