Easter Sunday 4/4/21
A fair day for many parts of central and southern England and Wales on Easter Sunday. Cloud will tend to increase after morning sunshine. A band of cloud and rain passing south through Scotland, turning wintry over the hills and to the far north, reaching the northern half of Ireland in the afternoon. Increasingly breezy, especially in the north. Highs at 5C in northern Scotland, 17C in southern England.

Easter Monday 5/4/21
A much colder day for all on Monday with a widespread, sharp early frost to particularly the north. A band of rain followed by sleet and snow will push southwards down the country first thing then wintry showers, expect these to fall as snow at timrs even to lower levels, will follow. On a brisk northerly wind there is the risk of some drifting over higher ground. The showers will be most frequent in northern Scotland. Highs at 2 to 7C.

Tuesday 6/4/21
High pressure west of Ireland with low pressure to the east will bring a brisk northerly wind to particularly northern and eastern areas where the chill factor will be considerably felt. Wintry showers will also be prevalent, these falling as snow for many, heaviest and most persistent across northern and central Scotland as well as the hills. Highs around 3 to 7C.

Wednesday 7/4/21
Another chilly day on Wednesday. Sunshine and some showers about, these again will fall wintry, snow over higher grond and towards the north. A brief ridge of high pressure is expected to build in from the southwest and push eastwards seeing showers largely die out across the country. Although, cloud will also increase for most as the next low pressure system moves in from the Atlantic. Highs at 6 to 10C.

Thursday 8/4/21
It will be somwhat unsettled on Thursday as rain, preceeded by some snow over the higher ground and further north, will push in from the west, followed by sunny spells but also blustery showers, these showers mainly affecting western areas and could still be wintry over higher ground. A strengthening southwestery wind is also expected. Turning much milder across far southern and southwestern areas of England, Wales and Ireland with highs here reaching potentially 17C. Elsewhere, expect highs between 7 and 12C.
