Sunshine and showers through the rest of this week. A drier Saturday though possible rain on Sunday into Monday. Then the signal of higher pressure building in the following week keeping many dry.

Friday 12/4/23 A bright day for Friday and dry for most as a ridge of high pressure builds through the country. Good spells of sunshine in the west but some showers in eastern England. Highs at 15 to 18C and feeling cool on eastern coasts in the breeze.
Saturday 13/4/23 A ridge of high pressure brings a mostly fair day to many on Saturday. Sunny spells and dry conditions for most. Increased cloud in western Scotland and western Ireland may bring a few spots of rain here overnight. Highs at a warm 16 to 20C.
Sunday 14/5/23 Fronts passing east on Sunday taking showery rain through Scotland, northern England and Northern Ireland. Largely dry and fine through Wales and the rest of England with sunny spells, though cloud will build and some patchy rain across western areas overnight. Highs at 17C in southeast England, 11C in western Scotland.
Monday 15/5/23 A bright day on Monday with plenty of sunshine across Ireland, Northern Ireland and much of Scotland. Patchy cloud and showery rain affecting England and Wales though likely to clear northern England through the day. Highs at 11 to 15C.
Tuesday 16/5/23 High pressure builds in across the country on Tuesday seeing a largely dry and fine day with warm sunny spells. Breezy with highs at 12 to 16C.
Wednesday 17/5/23 The high pressure keeps Atlantic systems at bay with most staying dry and fine again on Wednesday with warm sunshine for many. Highs at 13 to 18C.
