Monday 8/6/20
High pressure begins to build in across northwestern Britain and Ireland, whilst low pressure pulls away toward the central Europe. A few showers for England and Wales, but quite hit and miss, and many places will escape often dry. A cool north to northeasterly breeze, strongest around eastern coasts. Mainly dry with variable cloud and sun for Scotland and Northern Ireland, starting chilly. Highs 12 to 18C.

Tuesday 9/6/20
High pressure expands across the British Isles to bring a mainly dry day. Any residual showers very isolated across the southeast. A weak front edging in from the Atlantic brings thickening cloud and a risk of patchy rain to the far west of Scotland and Ireland. A clear and chilly start with ground frost in some rural areas. Sunshine giving way to cloud building into the afternoon. Highs 13 to 19C.

Wednesday 10/6/20
Pressure is expected to stay high, with generally dry conditions likely. A mix of cloud and sun - cloudier skies tending to fill in through the day for inland regions. A little drizzle may affect western Scotland. Light winds for most. A cool start again, but feeling a little warmer by day. Highs 14 to 20C.

Thursday 11/6/20
High pressure is due to be focused across northern Britain, whilst an easterly wind strengthens across the south. Most places dry with sunny spells. Chance of an isolated afternoon shower. Warmest in western areas to the lee of high ground. Highs 16 to 21C.

Friday 12/6/20
Detail is uncertain, but pressure is likely to remain high to the north of Britain. A general easterly breeze. Risk of showers forming in southern England. Warmest in the west. Highs 17 to 23C.

Saturday 13/6/20
An easterly wind is likely to prevail. As pressure falls across southern areas, a risk of showers forming more widely for southern England, but hit and miss. Highs 17 to 23C.
