Mild this week and then turning much coler through the weekend and into next week
Mild weather through the rest of this week and sometimes very mild. rain amounts will be low and there will be some drizzle at times. Turning colder through the weekend with the winds turning to the north bringing the risk of some wintry showers over the high ground of Scotland.

Friday 19/11/21 Plenty of cloud around again on Friday with high pressure south of the British Isles. Some drizzle may affect western coasts of Wales and southwest England whilst eastern areas are drier and brighter. A front through Scotland brings some rain here, most in central and western areas. Highs at a very mild 10C in northern Scotland, 15C in southern England.
Saturday 20/11/21 During Saturday a cold front moves southwards through Scotland and Northern Ireland, eventually into northern England and Ireland by the evening but as little more than a band of a few showers by then. Brighter, colder weather follows to Scotland and Northern Ireland. Dry with some good spells of sunshine for most of England and Wales, staying very mild in the south. Highs at 8C in northern Scotland, 12C in southern England.
Sunday 21/11/21 A colder day for Sunday with high pressure west of Ireland, a north to northeast flow for all. There will be some showers in northern and eastern areas of Scotland and England, the showers wintry over higher ground. Good spells of sunshine in western and southern areas of England and Ireland. Highs at 5 to 9C.
Monday 22/11/21 High pressure remains west of Ireland on Monday. A weak front bringing some drizzle and cloud into northern and western Scotland. Brighter skies through southern Scotland, England and Wales as well as southern Ireland with a frosty start for some of these areas. Another chilly day with tops at 6 to 8C.
Tuesday 23/11/21 High pressure northwest of Ireland on Tuesday. Lower pressure is to the east. This results in a northerly flow affecting all areas. Bands of showers track southwards, most affecting windward facing coasts and hills. Highs at 7 to 10C.
Wednesday 24/11/21 Staying chilly through Wednesday. The north to northwest wind remains cold and brings sunny spells but also a few showers, mostly to northern and eastern coasts. Highs at 6 to 8C.
