Heavy, thundery rain for some with winds strengthening. Warm.

Turning more unsettled later this week with heavy rain as well as the risk of thunderstorms. Windy in the north too. It will be warm to very warm and feeling muggy for many.

Low pressure remains over Ireland and affects the UK through Saturday. Feeling muggy with plenty of cloud and bands of rather showery, sometimes thundery rain circulating around the low pressure. Windy in northern Scotland where it should be drier. Highs at a muggy 26C in the east, 19C in the west.
 

Sunday 4/9/22
Low pressure remains over or to the southwest of the country on Sunday. Rain for much of Ireland, England and Wales, some heavy showers following to the south, these thundery at times. Drier in central and northern Scotland and remaining breezy here. Another very warm day in the south at 27C, 21C in northern Scotland where there will be a strong east wind.

Monday 5/9/22
Low pressure to the southwest of Ireland on Monday. Thundery showers or longer spells of rain will have cleared first thing to see most places stay largely dry today, however more rian pushing in to the southwest later. Very warm at 18 to 26C.

Tuesday 6/9/22
Low pressure remains to the west of Ireland on Tuesday. Heavy, thundery showers across Ireland, central and southern England and Wales. Drier across much of Scotland. Highs at 18 to 23C.

Wednesday 7/9/22
More thundery showers or longer spells of rain in the south of Ireland, Wales, western parts of England and much of Scotland. Drier across eastern regions of England. Highs at 17 to 23C.

Thursday 8/9/22
Low pressure remains close by which will see heavy showers affect Northern Ireland, Scotland and northern regions of England, some thundery. Drier further south though still not without a few scattered showers here too. Highs at 18 to 24C.
