Friday
A wet day to come on Friday through many areas as low pressure dominates the weather of the British Isles. Most of the rain will be patchy with lots of low cloud shrouding hills, although some more moderate bursts may affect western hills. Damp in northwest England and Northern Ireland. Colder in Scotland with the risk of some sleet and snow in the west, drier in the east. Highs at 4 to 7C for many, but 10 to 12C in southern England and East Anglia.
