Easter Monday
A fine start to Easter Monday morning. There will be lots of sunshine, although more cloud in the far west of Ireland. A brisk southeast wind in northern and western areas. Scattered showers may develop through parts of the Midlands, Wales and southwest England as wel as central Ireland. Warm again, although feeling cooler on eastern coasts. Highs at 18 to 25C for most, although 12C on eastern coasts.


Monday Night
Isolated showers this evening in central and western parts of the UK and Ireland. Drier in the east. Most of the showers fade away during the night although a fresh batch of them arrives in southwest England and he south and east of Ireland. A brisk east to southeast wind. Lows at 6 to 11C.
 


Tuesday
A trough over Ireland, Wales and southwest England brings showers, some of them heavy and thundery. Breezy in northern and eastern parts of the UK with sunny spells and broken cloud. Feeling cool on eastern coasts in the brisk wind. It may become rather murky along southern and western coasts of England and Ireland. Highs at 11C on eastern coasts, 17 to 23C for most.
 


Wednesday
Low pressure over southwest Ireland on Wednesday with fronts pushing northwards. These fronts bring rain, some of it heavy and thundery. Showers and brighter weather following into Ireland, Wales and southern England. Lower cloud in eastern coasts, but brighter in the west. Temperatures at 11C on eastern coasts, 12 to 17C elsewhere.
