A slack pressure flow over the UK and Ireland on Saturday with light winds generally coming from the northeast. There will be areas of broken cloud with plenty of dry conditions about. Some showers still affecting eastern areas and the far north of Scotland. Cloud and some outbreaks of rain arriving later in southern Ireland and southwest England. Some sunshine to come in western Scotland and perhaps western parts of Wales. Highs at 9 to 13C.


Saturday Night
Mostly cloudy across the UK and Ireland on Saturday night and into Sunday morning. Occasional bands of light, patchy showers move from north to south across the country with eastern areas most likely to see a shower. A band of patchy rain may edge into the far southwest of Ireland. Overnight lows typically range from 5 to 10C, colder in rural areas.
 


Sunday
Pressure lowers from the west on Sunday with higher pressure squeezed to the southeast. A largely dry but chilly start with isolated patches of mist and fog possible in more favoured spots. A mostly cloudy day across the country with outbreaks of rain developing over parts of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland as well as the northwest of England later. The best of any sun to the south. High temperatures at 8 to 13C.


Monday
Turning unsettled across northern and western areas on Monday as low pressure moves in across Scotland. Outbreaks of rain spread across Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland and later these move into Wales as well as western and northern parts of England. Staying dry for much of the day over central and eastern parts of England though it will be rather cloudy here. High temperatures at 10 to 14C.
