Thursday
Low pressure dominates the scene on Thursday, bringing a more mixed day with outbreaks of rain, some heavy and thundery, particularly further noth and west. Variable cloud about though more sunny spells are expected across southern and southeastern parts of England where temperatures will be very warm and humid again. Highs up to 27C in the southeast, generally elsewhere highs between 17 to 25C, cooler again across northern Scotland.

Thursday night
Outbreaks of rain gradually becoming more emphasised across northern regions of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland, while much of England and many regions of Wales will see drier conditions and clearer spells. A few heavier showers though still across parts of Wales. Lows staying mild for most at around 12 to 17C.
 

Friday
A shallow area of low pressure is due to lie just east of Britain. Showery bursts of rain are likely, these could be heavy in places, mainly eastern Scotland and eastern England as far south as about Lincolnshire. A scattering of showers are likely to drift from Wales into the Midlands. Rather cloudy for most but some sunny intervals, best toward southern coasts. Reasonably mild for the south and east with highs at 24C, cooler north and west at 17 or 18C.

Saturday
High pressure begins to build from the west over the weekend. A north to northeasterly breeze affects many places on Saturday with fairly cloudy skies. Some patchy rain or showers, mainly central-southern Scotland and northeast England. Chance of a local shower elsewhere, but many places will be dry. Best of some sunshine in the morning across southern England, although some low-lying fog patches may occur. Top temperatures 17 to 22C, warmest in the southeast.
