Thursday
A bright morning over souther and central parts of England, a dry start to. Broken cloud for the rest of England and Wales, some bright spells. Increasing cloud towards the northwest, with Northern Ireland and southern Scotland seeing thicker cloud. Brighter in northeast Scotland. This afternoon sees further cloud over northern England, Scotland and Ireland. Still some sunny spells in southern and central England, although scattered showers could be triggered in these areas too. Highs at 22C in the sunshine in southern England, 8C in northeast Scotland, 15 to 19C elsewhere.


Thursday Night
Overnight there will be further cloud, the thickest again to the northwest. Western Scotland may have a few spots of rain, this affecting northern coasts too. Elsewhere it should be dry with the cloud being broken, although clear spells remain in the south. Lows at 5 to 10C.
 


Good Friday
High pressure remains to the east of the UK on Friday. There will be broken cloud to the north and west, a risk of some spots of rain over the hills. This afternoon sees the risk of some showers forming over northern England, the Midlands, Wales and southwest England. More southern and southeastern areas of England are likely to be sunnier. Scattered showers developing in Ireland too. Highs at 23C in the southeast, 15 to 18C in Scotland and Ireland.


Saturday
A weak front passing east on Saturday bringing outbreaks of rain through Scotland and Ireland, then into northwest England. A few showers developing in central and eastern areas of England during this afternoon. Tending to become brighter in the afternoon too, the best to the south and west. Staying cloudier in northern Scotland with some outbreaks of rain here. Tops around 19 to 22C in much of England and Wales, 17C in Scotland and Ireland.
