Fresher
A few showers

Saturday
Residual overnight thundery rain in the northeast soon clears around dawn. A scattering of showers spread from the west, frequent for a time in the morning for Wales and western England. These will tend to fizzle out, but local showers will drift eastwards through the middle of the day, and the odd heavy one reaching eastern counties by afternoon. Broken cloud and sunshine, best later in the west. A light to moderate westerly breeze. Feeling fresher, 18 to 25C, warmest southeast.

Saturday night
Clusters of showers will move from Ireland across the Irish Sea into western Britain during the evening into the night, with locally frequent rain for a few hours for western Scotland, northwest England and Wales. Some rain moving across northern England and Scotland before dawn. Staying generally dry with broken cloud across central and southern England. A moderate west to southwesterly breeze. Lows 9 to 13C, locally lower in the Highlands.

Sunday
A westerly airflow across Britain and Ireland will see a scattering of showers spread eastwards during the day - these most frequent in western areas in the morning, whilst by afternoon, some heavy ones are possible in east & northeastern regions, locally thundery in eastern Scotland. Drier overall in the south and southeast of England with sunny spells. Rain returns to the southwest later and into the night. Highs 17 to 23C.

Monday
Areas of showers will pass eastwards through the day, with some heavy and locally thundery bursts forming by the afternoon in eastern Britain. A frontal system skirting southern Britain brings a risk of steadier rain for southern counties, and cloudier skies. Occasional sun, developing mostly around western coasts in the afternoon as pressure builds briefly. A light to moderate westerly breeze. Highs 16 to 22C, warmest southeast.
