A cool morning on Saturday. Broken cloud across much of England, Wales and Scotland with some showers in northern Scotland. Scattered showers will be developing over the Pennines although elsewhere it stays dry with some sunny spells. The best of the sunshine in western and southern areas. Further showers over the Pennines and Southern Uplands this afternoon, a few drifting into northeast England. Staying drier elsewhere with sunny spells, although cloud thickening in southern Ireland and southwest England. Feeling cool in the moderate northwest wind with highs a 10C in northern Scotland, 16C in southern England.

Saturday Night
Any showers fading this evening to leave the night dry for most. There will be broken cloud, a few mist patches in rural areas by the morning too. Some thicker cloud drifting along the far south coast of Ireland and through southern England. This could bring some spots of drizzle or patchy rain here. Lows at 2 to 4C under any clearer skies, 8C in the far south.
 

Sunday
A slack pressure flow on Sunday with a fair amount of cloud for many areas. It should be generally dry, and a few bright spells are likely in the morning. However, some patchy rain or drizzle could affect southern coasts of England at first. Scattered showers develop in the afternoon across Scotland, northern, central and eastern England. Tending to be drier in western areas although thicker cloud in Ireland may allow for an odd spot of rain. Highs at 11C in northern Scotland, 17C in southern England.

Monday
High pressure north of Scotland on Monday. An easterly flow brings broken cloud and some showers to England and Wales. Cloudier skies in the far southwest of England and the far south of Ireland. Western parts of Scotland, western England and west Wales should become drier and brighter during the day. Dry and bright in Northern Ireland too. Feeling chilly where exposed to the moderate east wind in the south. Highs at 9C in northeast Scotland, but more widely 17 to 19C away from eastern coasts.
