A chilly start to the morning with a frost in many areas. There will be good spells of sunshine in much of England and Wales as well as eastern Ireland. Cloud in western parts of Ireland and western Scotland with periods of rain here. This afternoon stays bright with sunny spells for most. The rain continues in western Ireland and western Ireland with some mist on coasts. Highs at 7C in northwest Scotland, 14C for most other areas.


Wednesday Night
More clear skies to come over many parts of England, Wales and eastern Ireland. Cloudier in western Ireland, central, northern and western Scotland with some spots of rain. Some cloud could drift into southeast England later in the night. Lows at -2 to 0C for many, but 4C in Scotland and Ireland.
 


Thursday
Another fair day to come in England and Wales with an easterly flow affecting these areas too. There will be good spells of sunshine for most although some patchy cloud ion East Anglia and southeast England. Little change during the day. A weak front slips south into Scotland and Ireland bringing outbreaks of rain, some heavy in central Scotland. Highs around 8C in northern Scotland, 9 to 15C in England and Wales.


Friday
High pressure west of Scotland on Friday. A northeast flow affecting many areas. There will be good spells of sunshine and it should be dry in most of England and Wales. A weak front continues to affect Scotland and central Ireland, bringing a few spots of rain here. Drier and brighter in northwest Scotland. Highs around 12C in central and southern areas, 8C in northern Scotland.
