Friday
Another cold start to the morning with a frost in places. The day is likely to be dry with broken cloud for many. There will be some sunny spells, although cloud is going to be increasing in many areas. The best of any sunshine in western Scotland. Most areas will be dry although the cloud may be thick enough to produce some drizzle over the coasts of East Anglia and over the hills of central Scotland. Broken coud and staying cool in Ireland. Highs at a cold 9C in the east, 12C in any sunnier areas of the west.


Friday Night
Skies becoming clearer tonight and this allows for temperaures to be falling quickly. A widespread frost is likely to be forming over most of England, Wales and Scotland. Cloud and increased winds in Ireland, western Wales and southwest England. There could be some low coud sliping onto eastern coasts from time to time. Lows at -1 to 3C.
 


Saturday
High pressure remains over Scandinavia on Saturday. This brings the risk of some low cloud and drizzle across eastern and southeastern areas. Brighter elsewhere with decent spells of sunshine, especially in Scotland. Coud tending to develop in East Anglia and the southeast with the risk of a shower. Increased winds in Ireland with cloud here and some rain in the far southwest. Temperatures at a cold 7 to 11C.


Sunday
The area of high pressure persists over Scandinavia. After a morning frost the day should be dry with broken cloud. It is going to be feeling chilly. There will be a few breaks in the cloud, although most of the clou is expected in Scotland and Ireland as well as Wales. Highs at 7 to 10C.
