UK Forecast - November 16, 2021
Cloudy, still mild
Drizzle north & west

Wednesday
High pressure remains to the south of the British Isles on Wednesday. A westerly flow brings lots of cloud to most areas, with some drizzle or longer spells of rain affecting northern and western parts of Scotland. A few bright spells may affect eastern England. Little change into the afternoon with more cloud, the thickest of it always in the west where drizzle is possible on windward facing coasts. The rain falling mostly in northwest Scotland. Highs at 8 to 11C.

Wednesday Night
Rain and wind through northern and western Scotland tonight. Drier in more eastern areas with bright spells here. Lots of cloud in other areas, although some breaks in the cloud in the east and mostly dry. There will be some mist and fog patches to the southwest. Lows at 5C under the clearer skies, 8C in cloud.

Thursday
High pressure stays to the side of the country through Thursday. The westerly flow remains moist hence the reason why we will see lots of cloud. Most of the cloud affecting western areas and it's here where there could be some drizzle on the hills. Some brighter spells in the east. More persistent rain affecting northern and western parts of Scotland where it could be heavy at times. The best of any brightness probably through Ireland and eastern England. Highs at 11 to 15C.

Friday
Plenty of cloud around again on Friday with high pressure south of the British Isles. Some drizzle may affect western coasts of Wales and southwest England whilst eastern areas are drier and brighter. A front through Scotland brings some rain here, most in central and western areas. Highs at a very mild 10C in northern Scotland, 15C in southern England.
