Monday
A windy day to come across Scotland Through the day expect a good deal of low cloudiness across Britain. This will give some patchy bits of rain or drizzle here and there while more persistent rain spreads into Northern Ireland and northern Scotland. In the afternoon light rain is expected across much of Scotland, north west England and Wales. Expect maximum temperatures of 17 to 19 Celsius across Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, 20 to 22 Celsius across England.


Monday Night
It remains cloudy across Britain into the evening and night. In the evening an area of rain will lie from northern England into Wales. Mainly dry to the north and south. Overnight a pulse of heavy rain runs in across Wales and the north of England. The winds will become stronger across northern England and Wales. A mild night with minimum temperatures of 12 to 17 Celsius.


Tuesday
A band of strong winds will transfer southward through the day across England and Wales. A wet morning to come with spells of moderate to heavy rain. It stays cloudy into the afternoon with spells of rain and showers across much of Britain. Showers then become confined to western areas in the evening and night. Central and eastern areas should be dry in the evening and the night. Expect highs of 15 to 21 Celsius.


Wednesday
A cooler, breezy day to come. Expect a good deal of dry weather but also lots of cloud. Best of any sunshine may be found across eastern England. There will be scattered showers across Northern Ireland and western parts of mainland Britain coming in on a brisk north west wind. Most of the United Kingdom will be dry into the evening and night with mostly clear skies. A colder night with temperatures dropping into single digits for much of inland retain. Expect highs of 14 to 19 Celsius.
