Chilly/cold
Largely dry

Saturday
It starts cold, a touch of ground frost in sheltered areas with exception to the southeast as low pressure sits just off of southeast England bringing outbreaks of rain to East Anglia and the far southeast tip of England. Windy here too. Some showers still up some eastern coasts of England, but generally a dry and fine day with plenty of sunny spells elsewhere but feeling chilly or cold. Highs at 11 to 14C.

Saturday Night
Any rain lingering in the southeast will become confined to the coasts as well as showers continuing up eastern coasts of England. Dry with clear spells elsewhere allowing for a cold night ahead for many. Lows at 0C in parts of northern England and Scotland, widely 2 to 4C, but 8-10C in the east and southeast under the cloud.

Sunday
A chilly start to the day with some mist and fog patches in northern and western areas as well as a touch of ground frost. Plenty of sunshine during the day and mostly dry too. Eastern parts of England will again be troubled by some showers feeding in from the sea and it is here that it will be feeling coolest. Increased cloud across Ireland and Northern Ireland as well as much of Scotland bringing the threat of some patchy rain in the west later. Highs at 11 to 15C.

Monday
A cool start for central and eastern areas but a relatively milder air moves into the west. Staying largely dry for eastern areas of England, however, a weak front will edge its way from west to east. The rain will have cleared Ireland and Northern Ireland first thing with sunny spells and showers thereafter. Outbreaks of rain will affect western and central Scotland as well as across Wales and into westernmost areas of England through the morning then on over eastern Scotland and central English areas in the afternoon. A drier and brighter scene moving in to western areas later on. Not as cold as of late with highs at 13 to 17C.
