Heavy rain in central and eastern parts of Spain, some of the rain thundery. Portugal and northern Spain should be dry and bright with sunny spells. Rain in the Balearics, heavy at times and staying wet in Corsica and Sardinia too. Italy should have good spells of sunshine and will be dry. Greece should be dry with more sunshine to come, and it should be staying dry and fine across Turkey too. Heavy showers affect Cyprus.
Rain in the south of France, but for most of the country it should be fair. Showers through the Low Countries but fair in Germany with plenty of sunshine. Staying fair for Poland too with more sunshine to come here. Austria and Switzerland should be dry with sunshine, and it remains fair in the Czech Republic and Hungary.
A fair day for Denmark with sunshine. Cool in the Baltic States with a risk of some wintry showers. More showers and breezy weather in Finland and feeling cold here. Staying cold and frosty in northern Sweden. Western coasts of Norway will have some cloud and showery rain, fair for most other areas.
One area of gusty winds and heavy rain clears to the east of Spain while another arrives over Portugal and western Spain. Mostly dry and fine for central parts of Spain on Saturday. Heavy rain for the Balearics, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily and, later, southern Italy. Dry but increasingly cloudy for Greece. Dry and bright for Turkey.
Rain clears away from the far south of France to leave a dry and fine day across the country. Dry and fine for much of Europe including the Low Countries, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Cloudier for Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary with scattered wintry showers.
