Morning Call - November 28, 2021
Winds continue to ease
Snow for some

Issued: 0530hrs Sunday 28th November 2021
Duty forecaster: Alexi Venerus

Another cold day with more snow for some.

A frosty start for many and dry for most with sunny spells. The morning will see some showers still continue down eastern coasts of England. A mix of rain, sleet and snow will push into parts of north and west Scotland and Northern Ireland initially, then into Scotland's Central Belt and then southwest Scotland and northwest England. Meanwhile patchy light rain and drizzle moves across Ireland. Dry across the rest of England with sunny spells.

This afternoon, rain, sleet and snow will continue to move into the West Midlands, north Wales and down across some central southern regions of England. A mix of wintry showers still affect eastern English coasts. Showery rain pushing across southwest England. Still feeling very cold.

Overnight, dry for most with clear skies, although cloud will thicken across the north and west as rain, sleet and snow pushes in to west Scotland with rain across Northern Ireland and Ireland.
