Wet southeast, showers in the west and mild for all

Good morning,

It looks set to be a wet morning in southern and southeast England. Cloud and periods of rain here, some of it heavy. The rain probably lasting into this afternoon and so take a brolly if you are heading out this morning. Headlights on too as there will be mist and it will be dull throughout.

Brighter to the north and west although always with a fair amount of cloud. Showers affecting western coasts and hills. It may become brighter during this morning over northwest England and Scotland as well as most of Ireland. Still showers in western and southern Ireland, and thes get blown into southern and western Wales this evening.

Tonight sees the rain finally clearing the southeast, Showers continue in the west and it stays breezy here. A mild night for all.
