Morning Call - February 24, 2018
Lots of winter sunshine
Cold in the wind

Issued: 0530hrs Saturday 24th February 2018
Duty forecaster: Garry Nicholson

Sub-zero overnight

Good morning,

High pressure remains strongly centred over Scandinavia, producing a continued chilly southeasterly wind across the British Isles.

Dry and bright with a good deal of sunshine. Variable high cloud across northern areas, and also toward the far south-west. Cloudier overall for Ireland.

Today's top temperatures will reach 4 to 6C, or slightly higher in the south-west, but it will feel colder in the wind.

Frosty again on Saturday night, leading to another chilly, bright and dry day on Sunday.

Have a great day.
Garry
