Morning Call - September 20, 2019
Sunny
Dry

Issued: 0530hrs Friday 20th September 2019
Duty forecaster: Claire Darbinyan

A mostly sunny and dry day for the UK and Ireland today. Winds freshening for England and Wales.

Good morning,

There will be some mist, fog and cloud around for parts of Scotland and the north of England first thing on Friday but this should burn off through the early morning for most. Elsewhere it's a bright start to the day with plenty of sunshine.

A bit of cloud may linger over far eastern parts of England and Scotland through the afternoon but across much of the UK and Ireland it will be sunny and dry. Winds will freshen from the southeast across much of England and Wales through the day. High temperatures reaching between 19 and 22C for most, cooler to the northwest of Scotland at just 16 or 17C.

It will continue dry and bright across the country through this evening.

Have a great day!
Claire
