Morning Call - June 22, 2018
Sunny and dry
Chilly overnight

Issued: 0530hrs Friday 22nd June 2018
Duty forecaster: Simon Keeling

Chilly this morning, then fine and dry with lots of sunshine

Good morning,

It's a chilly start to Friday. However, there is lots of sunshine around thanks to high pressure. It should be dry throughout this morning for the vast majority of us with the sunshine continuing and temperatures rising. Lower cloud may affect northern Scotland with a few spots of drizzle possible on northern coasts. Little change into this afternoon.

This evening and overnight sees some cloud and spots of rain or drizzle in the far north of Scotland. Elsewhere it is going to be dry and clear. Feeling chilly by the morning with a touch of ground frost in sheltered areas of Wales, northern England, Scotland and Ireland.
