Largely dry
Bright and sunny

High pressure builds in, though showers in the north

The morning will see most places stay dry with sunny spells about, though in a northwesterly wind showers will affect north and northwest Scotland perhaps moving into southern areas at times on a continued brisk wind. A risk of one or two showers reaching coastal areas of Northern Ireland too.

The afternoon continues to see most places dry and enjoying much sunshine, perhaps more cloud affecting northern and western parts of Ireland into western Scotland, while scattered showers continue to affect northern Scotland and down some coastal areas.

Overnight, it will continue to be mainly dry with clear skies for many as high pressure is close by, though scattered showers pushing on to north and northwest Scotland, perhaps affecting some coastal counties of eastern England, is still expected. Chiller than of late.
