Wet with rain then showers to follow. More rain for some overnight.
A largely cloudy and wet morning with spells of rain pushing northeastwards. Behind the rain it will turn more showery with some sunny spells across southern and western areas. Much of Scotland looking to stay largely dry but cloudy.
This afternoon, rain will push northwards across Scotland, however, the far north should remain mostly dry, although showers or rain will affect the Northern Isles. Sunny spells but showers about for many elsewhere, although a band of more persistent rain looks to push across southern Ireland into Wales, and southern parts of England.
Overnight, this band of more persistent rain looks to get stuck across central and northern England, eventually affecting southwest Scotland. Largely dry conditions elsewhere but generally cloudy skies. Through the early hours and towards dawn more rain is expected to push across the southwest of England into Wales.
