Rain moving in from the east. Cold night in the south with some frost possible.
In the morning, it will be largely dry but with increasing amounts of cloud across eastern areas. Sunny spells with a few scattered showers about in the west. Southern Ireland and the far southwest tip of England will see more in the way of cloud and possible light rain.
During the afternoon, rain will push in on to easternmost regions of northern England and across much of Scotland. Elsewhere, still largely dry but hanging on to showers across northern and western Wales as well as northwest Ireland. Another chilly day generally.
Overnight, cloudy for most although expect clear spells across much of Ireland and the far south of England. Rain will continue across much of Scotland. Showery outbreaks of rain over west Wales, southwest England as well as across the far southeast coast of England. A cold night for particularly southern areas of England and Ireland where frost will form.
