Rain for many but some morning frost in the southeast

Good morning,

It's another chilly one over southeastern parts of England and the east Midlands as well as East Anglia. Not quite so cold as yesterday but watch for the risk of some slippery roads and pavements early on. All change further north with a front passing eastwards bringing rain and cloud across most of Ireland, Wales, northern England and southern Scotland., Most of this affecting western coasts and hills. Murky to with fog on hills and coasts. Drier for eastern Scotland wit a few brighter spells here.

The rain focussed through Wales and northwest England this afternoon. Patchier rain although still murky in eastern England. Patchy rain in southern Ireland and this raion slips into the Midlands then reaching southern England by this evening, although the far southeast may stay dry. Again remaining drier in eastern Scotland, drying up in southern Scotland and much of Northern Ireland although drizzle affecting western coasts and hills. Feeling cold this afternoon in the south of the UK, but milder to the north and through Ireland.

Murky and damp tonight in southern England, south Wales and southern Ireland, some showers on western coasts and hills further north. dry to the east. Most will be frost free.
