Rain in the far south of England, some showers in northern Scotland, fair for other areas with sunny spells

Cloud and some outbreaks of rain in the far south of England this morning. Fair for most other areas with soe sunny spells. A few showers in northern Scotland and feeling colder here too.

This afternoon brings some more cloud in the far south of England, and these could be heavy a times. Dry with some sunny spells for almost all other areas, apart from northwest Scotland where there may be scattered showers.

Overnight it stays cloudy in the far south of England with further rain. Further scattered showers in northern Scotland. Fair for other areas with clear skies and cool temperatures.
