Morning Call - April 19, 2020
Outbreaks of rain for Ireland
Sunshine north and east

Issued: 0530hrs Sunday 19th April 2020
Duty forecaster: Claire Darbinyan

Rather cloudy with outbreaks of rain over Ireland. Cloudy to the southwest of the UK with the chance of a shower popping up here later. Sunny and dry for Scotland and northeast England - these bright conditions spread southwestward through the day.

Good Morning,

Sunday starts mostly dry across the UK and Ireland. Cloudy to the southwest with a few showery outbreaks of rain possible across southern and southwestern Ireland. Clear skies to the northeast with good spells of sunshine across Scotland, Northern Ireland and the north of England. A stiff breeze over eastern coasts, especially over east coasts of England.

Showery outbreaks of rain continue over Ireland, these perhaps heavier through the afternoon to the west. An isolated shower or two may pop up over southwestern parts of the UK too during Sunday afternoon. Elsewhere it's a mostly sunny and fine afternoon though always staying cooler on eastern coasts with an onshore breeze here.

Showers and outbreaks of rain ease into Sunday evening though it stays cloudier to the far southwest. A sunny evening elsewhere across the country.

Have a good day!

Claire
