Morning Call - March 26, 2019
Mostly dry & bright
Breezy in the far north

Issued: 0530hrs Tuesday 26th March 2019
Duty forecaster: Claire Darbinyan

Tuesday will be a mostly dry and bright day away from the far north of Scotland

Good morning,

It will be a chilly start to the day on Tuesday with the chance of a few early morning mist or fog patches. Where these do develop they will burn off quickly leaving a dry and fair morning for Ireland, England and Wales. It will be cloudier over Scotland with some light rain or drizzle affecting northwestern coasts and the Northern Isles. Breezy in the far north too.

Rain should ease for the Northern Isles through the afternoon but may persist for northwestern Scotland. It will stay breezy. Staying dry and bright elsewhere though cloud may start to build over eastern coastal areas of England through the later part of the afternoon. High temperatures reaching 9 to 14C.

Showers may return for the Northern Isles through the evening and cloud will build southward over northern England. Clearer skies should persist for much of Ireland, Wales and the southwest of England.

Have a good day!
Claire
