Still feeling hot in the west with some showers for Ireland. Patchy rain across southwest England later on.
In the morning, expect generally more cloud about but also some sunny spells. Largely dry, although central and southern parts of Ireland will see a few developing showers, these may affect west Wales too.
In the afternoon, showers continue across central and southern parts of Ireland, a few may develop across southern Scotland too. Cloud will thicken across southwestern areas of England with patchy rain expeted by evening across Cornwall and Devon.
A band of rain, heavy in places, will push northwards into south Wales and central southern regions of England overnight. Pathcy rain will affect north Wales and the Midlands and perhaps as far north as Sheffield. Elsewhere, it will stay mainly dry with clear spells, although lower cloud is likely to push in on some eastern coasts through the early hours.
