Morning Call - November 24, 2017
Heavy showers north-west
Snow, hail, local thunder

Largely dry across central Britain

Good morning,

A chilly westerly pattern influences the British Isles today. Low pressure is centred over the Norwegian Sea and draws in air from Iceland, resulting in heavy snow and hail showers for north-western Britain and Ireland, with isolated thunder.

Much of central & eastern England & Wales should escape dry and bright with good spells of sunshine. Fronts trailing across northern France may influence southern coasts, bringing cloud and some outbreaks of rain in from the south-west.

Today's top temperatures will struggle at 4 to 7C, but feeling colder in a brisk wind across northern regions. A chilly weekend lies ahead.

Have a great day.
Garry
