Largely cloudy with spells of rain, some heavy. Windy too for the south of England and across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Another largely cloudy and wet morning for most areas although there is the potential for some sunny intervals across parts of central and northern England. Heavy rain affecting parts of northern and eastern Scotland, east Ireland and parts of Wales.
The afternoon will continue to see largely cloudy and wet conditions with the heaviest rainfall shifting over more towards western Scotland, and parts of Northern Ireland and Ireland. Possible sunny spells developing across eastern Scotland and northern England but with showers here too. Cloud and outbreaks of rain elsewhere. Windy in the far south of England and over Ireland.
Overnight, rain will continue to fall over many areas but shouldn't be quite as heavy as it was during the day for many due to the low pressure weakening. Some clear spells potentially developing across western Scotland and central areas of England. Windy still across Ireland and southern English coasts.
