Sunny spells and scattered showers, feeling warm

Good morning,

A fair morning for many with some good spells of sunshine in the east and south. Cloud is increasing to the west though as fronts move into Ireland. These are bringing rain in Ireland this morning, this rain reaching western Scotland too.

The rain then edges slowly east into this afternoon, affecting much of western Scotland, eastern Ireland and eventually the west of Wales and then northwest England this evening. At the same time a cluster of showers may affect parts of eastern England.

Those showers fade tonight and some clear spells develop. Always cloudier in western Scotland and Ireland.
