Plenty of sunshine, some rain in the far north of Scotland

Good morning,

Lots of sunshine this morning over most of England, Wales, southern Scotland and the whole of Ireland. Thicker cloud in the northern half of Scotland and this could produce some spots of rain in the northwest.
 

This afternoon sees things staying dry and sunny for most, best of the sunshine in the west. Some broken cloud in eastern parts of England, a very low chance of a light shower in the eastern Midlands. Staying cloudy in most of northern Scotland with some spots of drizzle here.

Tonight is dry and clear to the south, but cloudier to the north.
