Morning Call - November 23, 2021
Dry and bright
Some drizzle northwest

Issued: 0530hrs Tuesday 23rd November 2021
Duty forecaster: Simon Keeling

Dry and bright for most, some drizzle in the northwest of Scotland

A fairly frosty start the morning across many parts of England, Wales and Ireland. You will certainly need a winter coat if you're heading out in the next few hours!. Most of Scotland will see more cloud through this morning with a few spots of drizzle across northern and western coasts. Eastern Scotland will have some brighter spells.

This afternoon sees little change with further bits of drizzle in northern and western Scotland. Most other areas should be dry with good spells of sunshine although there is the chance of an odd shower across northern coast of Wales. Temperatures close to average for the time of year for many. Light winds overall but breezy in northern Scotland.

Tonight bring some cladding outbreaks of rain across north western Scotland later, this perhaps reaching western Ireland. Most areas will be dry with clear spells and a risk of some frost in the east and south.
