Cloudy and damp in the east, drier and brighter elsewhere

Good morning,

It's a mostly cloudy and damp morning across eastern areas of England areas of England with some low cloud and murky conditions. Elsewhere it is mainly dry with some bright or sunny spells, especially across Scotland, Ireland, NW England and Wales.
 


Through the afternoon and mostly cloudy and damp conditions with some nuisance value patchy light rain and drizzle will continue across eastern areas of England, especially E Anglia. However, much of the British Isles will have a dry afternoon with some bright or sunny spells and variable cloud and feeling cooler than previous days.


Into Tuesday evening and overnight and rather cloudy conditions will prevail across east and south-east England with still some patchy light rain or drizzle. Elsewhere remaining dry and fine with clear spells and a chilly night with some rural frost possible in the north and west.
