Breezy with showers spots of rain in England and Wales whilst brighter in Scotland and Ireland

Good morning,

A front is going to be bringing lots of cloud through much of England and Wales this morning. Patchy rain in northern England and Wales. This fades as it drifts southwards through the morning and into the afternoon. Cloud breaking in places with some bright spells coming through. Breezy too.

Brighter in Scotland, northern England and Ireland with sunny spells. Showers in western and northern Scotland as well as northwest Ireland. Breezy and cool here with the showers penetrating inland in Scotland on Wednesday as well as much of Northern Ireland. Overnight skies will be clearing with the cloud breaking in England and Wales as well as central and eastern Scotland together with eastern Ireland. Some cloud in western Ireland and western Scotland with rain and some showers here.
